BR Group has two operating companies, Bangkok Ranch in Thailand and Tomassen Duck-To in the Netherlands. Both operations manufacture their products through their respective fully integrated operations – from parent stock breeding farms to raw products and to cooked products.

Bangkok Ranch (Thailand) was established in 1984 and is a pioneer in the duck meat industry in Thailand. The company produces fresh and frozen products for the domestic market and cooked duck meat frozen products for export.

Tomassen Duck-To ( Netherlands) was founded in 1963. The company produces frozen whole duck and frozen parts for the European market. It operates one of the most efficient and automated factories in the industry with its own distribution fleet to further enhance its product quality.

Both companies have achieved world class animal welfare and international quality standards. These include among others: IFS (international Food Standard), BRC (British Retail Consortium), Halal certificates and HACCP.

BR Group increasingly is focusing its product development efforts on ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat specialty duck products prepared with various ingredients and recipes and sold in contemporary packaging.

Raw Product

BR group offers raw (fresh and frozen) products. In addition to private labels, these raw products are mainly sold under the Dalee brand in Thailand and under the Duck-To brand and Canature brand in Europe.

The majority of raw products are sold as whole duck (oven ready or griller). The whole ducks are widely known for consistent high quality - very smooth and undamaged skin (clean of any feathers, a low fat and cholesterol rating and a nice meat structure. This superior quality results in a demand for product from BR Group.

By products such as duck feet, liver, gizzard, neck and tongue enjoy a high and regular demand in certain countries particularly in Africa

Over the past few years duck cut up parts have been increasingly in demand and duck parts are being sold in existing as well as in and new markets and new distribution channels
Cut up parts include breast fillet, breast, legs (bone or deboned), wings and drummets.

Cooked Product

BR group offers a variety of cooked duck products which are manufactured in Thailand and we places a strong emphasis on hygiene and quality we use the best raw meat available with the highest quality ingredients and herbs and state of the art cooking equipment, which results in superior cooked product.
